Professional Qualifications
I received my Ph.D. in Clinical & Health Psychology in 1993 from the University of Florida, completing an area of specialization in Neuropsychology. I continued my clinical training during my internship at Baylor College of Medicine (1992-1993) and a post-doctoral fellowship in geriatric psychology at the Houston, TX VA Medical Center (1993-1994). I have previously worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient private practice, community mental health clinics, psychiatric centers, and medical hospitals, including Boston Medical Center. I have also provided teaching and supervision to psychology trainees, and am currently the Director of Assessment at the Brookline Community Center for Mental Health.
I am a licensed psychologist in MA and several other states. I have been practicing in MA for almost 25 years. I am a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Psychological Association, MA Psychological Association, International Neuropsychological Society, MA Neuropsychological Society, and the Hispanic Neuropsychological Society.
